Dr Roxanne Lynn Simmons - dogkiller?

As her ex-father, I'm surprised at Dr Roxanne Lynn Simmons being licensed as a physician.

Especially one who practices on children.

In my experience, Dr Roxanne Simmons has never shown empathy or compassion for anyone.

The death of Dr Roxanne Simmons' dog Pogo showed her true nature.

Roxanne’s mother, Alice Gelb, divorced me when she found out I had malignant cancer. After the divorce, Alice Gelb had primary custody of the children.

A few years after the divorce, in 2001, I purchased a lottery ticket at the Weiner races in Buda Texas. My ticket won a dachshund puppy. Roxanne named him Pogo. She so “loved” Pogo that she initially refused to let her younger brother hold him. Pogo stayed with the children at Alice Gelb’s house.

7 years later, in 2008, Roxanne was almost 20. On December 26th, the day after Christmas, Alice Gelb and Roxanne dropped off her younger brother (who was carrying Pogo in a dog bed) at my house at about 6 PM. Alice Gelb and Roxanne then went to the airport and fled to Japan.

Pogo was immobile, paralyzed from the neck down, and obviously dying. Dr Roxanne Simmons' younger brother said that Pogo had been like that for several days. Pogo looked like this:

As soon as possible, I rushed Pogo to his veterinarian.

Who was surprised at Pogo’s condition.

He was of the opinion that Pogo’s “injury” was no accident.

Pogo was only 7 years old. With no medical history of health problems.

I brought Pogo to a specialist for surgery.

Pogo died a few days later on New Years day 2009.

Dr Roxanne Simmons knew Pogo’s veterinarian.

She had worked for him in his practice.

She had babysat for his children. Roxanne had her own car.

And a phone. She was an adult.

She was in the car that delivered a dying Pogo to my house.

Roxanne never lifted a finger to help her dog Pogo. A dog she “loved”.

Some possible explanations:

  1. Pogo fatally injured himself in an excess of Christmas exuberance.

  2. Dr Roxanne Simmons fatally injured Pogo.

  3. Alice Gelb  fatally injured Pogo

.

How many pets suffer a fatal, paralyzing “accident” on Christmas?

Dr Roxanne Simmons didn’t even have the decency to carry the dying Pogo to my house. She made her younger brother do it.

So he could feel responsible for Pogo’s death.

Dr Roxanne Simmons and Alice Gelb have Roxanne’s younger brother convinced he drove his own car to deliver a crippled and dying Pogo to my house. By himself.

A lie.

Dr Roxanne Simmons' younger brother was 16 at the time– not old enough to drive alone at night. And he did not have his own vehicle until 2009. After Pogo’s death.
